So I said, everybody pull out your phone today. I said, pull up a picture of your daughter or son. And so they pulled up a picture of their daughter or son. I said, that's why we're working to be safe, right there guys. That's why these meetings are important. It sort of personalized it. It made them understand that that's why they want to be safe.”
